Project Evergreen 2
Comprising a line upgrade between Bicester North and London Marylebone Station, with two new platforms being constructed at Marylebone These platforms were the first new platforms to be installed at a London terminus since privatization.

Project Evergreen 2 was the first of its kind in the UK rail industry and also won ‘Best Operational Central Government Award’ at the annual Public Private Finance Awards.
The project was procured by Chiltern Railways using the DBFT (design, build, finance and transfer) model. The project was delivered on time and within budget.
Working with John Laing Construction we developed the Initial Concept design for the works at Marylebone. This included the new platforms, canopy and initial track alignment works.
Part of team based in the combined project office providing project management and design management services for the construction works at Marylebone and the signaling installation works.
